Hi, I’m Violet – a senior calico cat who finally gets to enjoy the golden years I deserve. When Young at Heart rescued me in June 2025, I was weak, underweight, and fighting off infections. My jaw still shows the cruelty of my past, but I no longer live in fear.

Now I thrive in the Young at Heart Sanctuary Program, where I receive the love and medical care every senior cat should have. I bask in the sun on the catio, eat with enthusiasm, and watch my friends with wide, curious eyes. Most of all, I soak up every cuddle and gentle touch, knowing I’m safe, cherished, and living a true second chance.
