Hi there! We’re Macy and Shelby, a sweet and happy senior duo looking for our forever home! We were rescued from a backyard where we were left to live after our mom passed away. Fortunately, a kind-hearted rescue team learned that we weren’t living the way our mom would have wanted, so they reached out to Young at Heart for help — and here we are!

When we first arrived at Young at Heart, we had several medical needs. Macy needed ACL and knee repairs on both legs, while Shelby struggled with chronic ear and skin infections. But thanks to Young at Heart’s Sanctuary Program, we ended up in the best forever foster home, with loving people who make sure we get the care we need, including frequent vet visits to help us feel our best.

We’re so grateful for our life and for the support from Young at Heart. Now, as two big, lovable senior pups, we’re living our best happily ever after – and it’s all because of you!
