Hi, I’m Macy! My sister Shelby and I were rescued from a backyard after our mom passed away. We both had our share of health problems — I needed surgery on my knees and ACL, and Shelby had chronic ear and skin issues. But thanks to Young at Heart, we found a loving Sanctuary home where we could finally relax, be cared for, and just enjoy life.

Shelby spent several happy years with us before crossing the Rainbow Bridge in October 2025. I’m still here, enjoying all the love and care I need, and it’s all possible because of the amazing Sanctuary Superheroes who make this program so special.
