Fanny

I’m Fanny, and I was rescued in July 2023. I am a beautiful Calico girly who enjoys moving through life in the slow lane. While I was waiting for a potential forever family to come adopt me, Young at Heart was doing their routine vet check-ups and discovered I had GI lymphoma. Lucky for me, I was a good candidate for oral chemo treatments and have been doing well on them for over a year. Knowing the expenses involved with my cancer treatments, I was put into the Sanctuary Program.

Right now, I am living at the adoption center. I don’t mind it. I have a special spot that’s all my own where I get to take as many naps as I want. (It’s a lot of naps). I also have a big family of volunteers and staff that take care of me. My hope is to eventually find a Sanctuary Home of my own, but for now, I am comfortable and well-loved. And that’s what matters.
