Hiya! I’m Emmy, and I’m a cutie patootie that was rescued in August 2023. I am such a good girl and sweet as pie to boot. I went to a foster home while I was waiting for my forever adopters to find me. But during my wait, I started having some medical issues. Itchiness, burpiness, heart issues, and then seizures. It was a scary time, but Young at Heart did everything possible to take care of me and make me comfy again. And now, I’m happy and as healthy as I can be. My once temporary foster home became my forever Sanctuary Foster Home. Life is good!

I am really looking forward to spending my golden years with my Sanctuary Family –  they love me as much as I love them. They are so good about caring for me and my special needs. I couldn’t ask for better. It’s easy to feel like the luckiest girl alive with their support and yours on my side!
