Hi, I’m Elmer! I was rescued in April 2023 after being found as a stray. No one came looking for me—but that turned out to be the start of something wonderful.

I lost my left eye to glaucoma and corneal ulcers, but the amazing team at Young at Heart took care of me and gave me a second chance. Now I’m a proud member of their Sanctuary Program, which means I get to live in a loving forever home while all my medical needs are covered for life.

My Sanctuary Foster mama is the best. I follow her everywhere and am obsessed with her slippers. I’m so grateful to spend my golden years wrapped in love. Thanks to your support, my dream came true!
