Bill + Meri

Hi there! We’re Bill and Meri, a bonded senior duo who joined Young at Heart in May 2023 after our guardian could no longer care for us. We’ve always leaned on each other through life’s ups and downs—and when Meri was diagnosed with GI lymphoma, we faced one of our biggest challenges yet.

Young at Heart stepped up right away. They promised to keep us together and give Meri the best possible care. Through their Sanctuary Program, they made that promise a reality.

Today, we live with a loving Sanctuary family in a warm, cozy home of our own. Meri receives ongoing cancer treatment at YAH’s in-house clinic, and Bill gets all the love and support he needs too. Thanks to you, we’re living our golden years side by side, safe, loved, and cared for.
